How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Send Us the Details

Email contact@anythingloves.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if known
  • What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to review again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
